ICED Kochmesser gross

The blade keeps its edge through a full week of meal prep, which is more than I can say for my last knife. It's hefty but balanced, so chopping vegetables feels almost effortless. Already my go-to for anything that needs serious slicing.

Bought this as a gift and was surprised by how nicely balanced it feels in hand when slicing. The blade came razor sharp out of the box, which is always a good sign. Only gripe is the handle could be a bit longer for my larger hands, still does the job great.

The handle feels very secure even with wet hands, and the blade cut through a butternut squash with almost no effort. I just wish it came with a protective sheath for storage.
