The size is just right for prepping a full meal without feeling cramped, and I've noticed the bamboo hasn't warped at all after a month of washing. It's also noticeably sturdier than my old plastic board, which always slid around on the counter.

The bamboo surface is perfectly gentle on my knife edges while still being dense enough to handle heavy chopping. It's been two weeks and there's not a single crack or warp despite daily use and washing.

The board is huge and sturdy, which is great for big meal prep sessions. Only wish it came with a juice groove to catch runoff from slicing fruits.
