HOTPAN® レッド鍋 5.0 L・Ø 22 cm

The lid locks on so securely that I can shake the whole pot without a drop escaping, which makes slow-cooking and steaming feel almost effortless. Five liters is plenty for a big family stew, and the 22 cm base fits neatly on my smallest burner without wasting heat. Cleanup is a breeze too, the red

The pressure-valve lid is what sold me — it seals so tightly that stews come out way more tender than in my old pot. Cleanup is a breeze too, the red exterior wipes down without any stubborn marks. I've used it almost daily for a month now and it still looks brand new.

The 22 cm diameter fits perfectly on my burner, and the 5-liter capacity handles a whole chicken with room for veggies. Cleanup is a breeze since the Swiss craftsmanship means nothing sticks, even after a long simmer.
