HOTPAN® グリーン鍋 5.0 L · Ø 22 cm

The handle stays completely cool even when I'm boiling pasta for a crowd, which is a huge relief. Cleanup is also a breeze since nothing sticks to the bottom.

The 5-liter capacity is perfect for batch-cooking soups and stews, and the heat distribution is impressively even across the whole base. I’ve been using it almost daily for a month now and the non-stick surface still looks brand new.

The lid seals tightly enough that I can shake the pot without any liquid spilling, which makes deglazing much less messy. Steaming vegetables in the basket insert comes out perfectly tender in about six minutes. For the price, this is the most versatile 5-litre pot I’ve owned.
