HOTPAN® フル断熱カバー Ø 18 cm

The lid sits snugly and really keeps the heat in, so I've been using it to simmer soups without losing steam. It's a simple piece that feels solid and makes a noticeable difference in cooking.

This lid locks in heat so well that my stew was simmering away even after I turned the burner off. The tight fit on my 18 cm pot means no steam escaping and no messy splatters on the stovetop, which is exactly what I needed for slow cooking.

Fits perfectly on my 18cm saucepan and really keeps the heat in while simmering—saves me from stirring constantly. The insulating layer is thicker than I expected, and it’s nice not having to wipe condensation off the counter.
