The cast iron is noticeably heavier than the enameled pots I’ve used before, which makes it feel really durable on the burner. It’s the perfect size for a cozy cheese fondue for two without taking up the whole table.

The 20 cm size is perfect for a two-person fondue night, and the red enamel really pops on the table. It heats up fast on induction, though I wish the pot came with a stand so I didn't have to buy one separately.

The cast iron distributes heat so evenly that my cheese melted perfectly without any scorching at the bottom. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, just a quick wipe after it cooled.
