ESSENTIAL Swivel Peeler

The swivel head keeps perfect contact with the blade even on lumpy potatoes, so I’m not fighting the peeler halfway through. It’s lightweight but feels solid in the hand, and the blade hasn’t dulled after a week of heavy use. I’ve already tossed my old one.

This peeler’s swivel blade moves so smoothly that I can peel even the thinnest-skinned tomatoes without mangling them. It’s noticeably sharper than my old one and feels well-balanced in my hand.

After years of dull peelers, this one glides through carrot and potato skins without any effort. Only wish the handle was slightly wider for a more secure grip.
