ESSENTIAL Spatula

The heat-resistant handle stays cool even when I'm sautéing at high heat, which is a huge relief. It’s sturdy enough to scrape every bit of sauce from the pan without bending.

Picked this up for flipping pancakes and it's sturdy enough, though I wish the handle had a bit more grip when wet. It slides under food easily without scratching my non-stick pan.

It's a decent spatula for basic flipping, but the handle feels a bit too short for my larger pans. Works well enough for eggs and pancakes though.
