ESSENTIAL Grater medium

The grating surface is exceptionally sharp and precise, so even soft tomatoes turn into perfect shreds without turning to mush. I’ve been through a lot of graters that dull fast, but this one still cuts clean after a month of daily use.

The handle feels really solid and the grating surface is sharp right out of the box—it handled a hard cheese with zero effort. My only gripe is that it's a bit bulkier than my old one, but the stability makes up for it.

Finally, a grater that doesn't slip around on the counter—the rubberized base holds it steady even when I'm really grating. The sharp, consistent blades make quick work of a block of parmesan. This thing is built to last.
