DUROTHERM® sieve insert Ø 15 cm

Fits my 15 cm pots perfectly, and the silicone rim grips the edge so there’s no wobble when I’m pouring out pasta water. I’ve used it for blanching broccoli too, and it held up fine without warping.

The mesh is fine enough to drain quinoa without losing a single grain, and the handle clicks in place securely. It fits perfectly into my 15 cm pot for steaming vegetables too.

The holes are fine enough that even quinoa stays put while draining, which is exactly what I needed for smaller batches. Only gripe is the handle gets a bit warm if you leave it resting on the pot rim too long, but it's a solid everyday sieve.
