DUROTHERM® PRO Black 鍋 1.0 L · Ø 14 cm

I was pleasantly surprised by how evenly the heat distributes across the bottom when cooking rice—no more scorching. The lid fits snugly enough that I don’t have to hover over it, which is a nice change from my old set. Perfect size for a quick pasta sauce or side dish.

The 14 cm diameter is perfect for single portions or side dishes, and the lid fits snugly enough that I barely lose any steam while simmering. Cleanup is quick since the surface wipes down without much scrubbing, though I do wish it came with a slightly larger capacity for batch cooking.

This little pot handles daily use without a scratch, and the lid fits so snugly that soups barely lose any steam. I’ve used it for sauces and rice almost every day this week, and it cleans up with just a quick wipe.
