Duromatic INOX ソースパン ロングハンドルモデル 7 L - Ø 22 cm

I was skeptical about the long handle on a pot this big, but it gives great leverage even when it's full to the brim. The stainless steel heats evenly across the bottom, which makes a difference for a 7-liter saucepan.

Seven liters is a proper size for batch cooking, and the long handle gives great leverage even when it's full. The stainless steel heats evenly on my induction hob, and cleanup is just a quick wipe.

The lid fits so snugly I can practically see the steam lock in, and the long handle gives me real leverage even when the pot's full. Cleanup is a breeze too—just a quick wipe and it looks brand new. This is the saucepan I reach for every single night now.
