Duromatic INOX ソースパン ロングハンドルモデル 5 L - Ø 22 cm

The long handle gives me plenty of leverage even when the pot is full of stew, and the stainless steel surface wiped clean in seconds. It's definitely become my go-to for big batch cooking.

The 5-liter capacity is perfect for big family batches, and that stainless steel body heats evenly enough that I haven’t had a single burnt spot on my Sunday ragù. It’s heavy, but the long handle balances it well when I’m draining pasta.

The long handle gives me a lot of leverage, so even when the pot is full of pasta water, I can tilt and drain it without straining my wrist. The stainless steel body also heats up evenly on my induction hob, which I wasn't expecting for this price point.
