DUROMATIC® HOTEL ステンレススチール グリルネット Ø 23 cm

The 23 cm pan heats evenly across the surface, which made sautéing onions a breeze without any hot spots. It feels solidly built and the handle stays cool during cooking, so I don’t need a potholder. A great upgrade from my old nonstick set.

The stainless steel is thicker than my old pans—feels really solid in hand. Cleaned up easily after sautéing, no warping at all.

The 23 cm pan heats evenly across the entire surface, and the stainless steel handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt. I’ve used it for searing chicken and sautéing vegetables, and nothing sticks. It feels solid without being too heavy to handle.
