CULINARY FORGED ステーキナイフ 4点

They arrived neatly packed and the balance on each handle feels spot-on, even for smaller hands. I’ve used them for three dinners already and the blades haven’t dulled a bit, which is exactly what I hoped for from a Swiss-made set.

The serrated edge cuts through a ribeye like butter without any tearing, and the handles feel well-balanced in my hand. These are a step up from my old steak knives for sure.

I’ve used these for everything from steak to veggies, and the edge stays sharp after multiple washes. The handles have a nice grip that feels secure even when my hands are a little wet.
