CULINARY FIVEPLY 無垢材 フライパン Ø 28 cm

I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable the handle is — stays cool even during long searing sessions. The five-layer build gives great heat distribution without hotspots.

Bought this 28 cm pan for searing steaks and it heats evenly across the whole surface. The five-ply construction feels solid but not too heavy—cleans up way easier than my old nonstick pans.

This pan heats evenly and sears well, but the lack of a coating means I have to use more oil than I'd like. It's also quite heavy, which makes flipping things a bit of a workout for a home cook.
