CULINARY FIVEPLY ノンコート ソテーパン Ø 24 cm

This pan heats evenly across the entire surface, and the handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt. It’s solidly built but not overly heavy for a sauté pan this size.

Used it to brown meat and then simmer a sauce, the 5-ply construction heats evenly across the whole 24cm base with no hot spots. Cleanup was simple with just hot water, no coating to worry about.

The 24cm size is perfect for searing a whole chicken thigh batch without crowding, and the handle stays cool even on high heat. Cleanup took seconds with just warm water, no scrubbing needed.
