COLORI®+ Rüstmesser grün

The blade holds its edge noticeably longer than my old kitchen knives, and the green color makes it easy to spot in a crowded drawer. I’ve used it for chopping vegetables every day this week, and it still feels sharp and well-balanced.

The green handle gives a really secure grip, even when my hands are wet from washing vegetables. It sliced through a butternut squash with almost no effort, which surprised me.

Finally, a knife that actually stays sharp after prepping a full dinner. The green handle is a nice pop of color for the kitchen, and the lightweight feel is perfect for chopping veggies without hand fatigue.
