COLORI®+ Knife set Ticino 2 pcs

These knives feel wonderfully balanced in the hand, and the blade holds its edge through a whole week of meal prep without needing a touch-up. The smaller paring knife is just the right size for coring tomatoes and shallots.

These knives are lovely and light, and the two sizes cover everything I need for daily prep. They arrived sharp as anything and have kept their edge through a week of heavy use.

The packaging was nice and they arrived quickly, but the blade on the smaller knife started to feel a bit dull after just a few uses. For the price, I expected a sharper edge that would last longer.
