CLASSIC ポット 5.3 L · Ø 24 cm

The lid seals so well that I can actually hear the vacuum click when I close it, and the 24 cm base fits perfectly on my induction burner. Boiling pasta water comes up faster than with my old pot, and cleanup is just a quick wipe since nothing sticks to the stainless interior.

I love how the 5.3-liter capacity gives me room to braise a whole chicken without splattering, and it cleans up like new with just a quick rinse.

Heating is so even across the bottom that I can simmer a delicate sauce without any burnt spots, and the lid fits with that satisfying, tight seal you want for slow-cooked meals.
