The lid seals so tightly I barely lost any steam when making stock, which really sped up the simmering. Cleaning it after a tomato sauce was surprisingly quick too—no stubborn food stuck to the sides. Solid value for the size and weight.

The heat distribution on this 3-liter pot is incredibly even—I’ve been using it for soups and stews, and nothing scorches anymore. It feels much sturdier than my old set, and the lid seals perfectly to keep moisture in.
