ココット 鍋 金の鐘 23cm

The heat distribution is so even that my cheese sauce never clumps, and the handle stays cool even after twenty minutes on the burner. I've used it three weekends in a row now, and cleanup is just a quick soak.

I was a bit hesitant about the price, but the heavy cast iron construction really does hold heat perfectly for a whole fondue session. The 23 cm size is just right for two people, and it cleans up much easier than my old pot.

This pot heated up so evenly, the cheese never clumped or burned once. The ceramic coating is incredibly smooth and easy to clean, perfect for a fuss-free fondue night. I’m really happy with how sturdy and well-balanced it feels on the table.
