ココット 鍋 アルプス登り 20cm

We host fondue nights twice a month and this pot has become the centerpiece—the thick walls keep the cheese perfectly molten without scorching, even when guests linger. Cleanup is easy too, just a quick soak and wipe.

The heat distribution is spot-on—the cheese stays at that perfect bubbling consistency without ever scorching at the bottom. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too, just a quick soak and the surface wiped right off.

Was a bit hesitant about the size at first, but the 20 cm diameter is perfect for a cozy fondue for two. The enameled cast iron heats so evenly and really keeps the cheese at that ideal gooey temperature for the whole meal. Cleanup was surprisingly easy, too—just a quick soak.
