BLACK STAR 木製コースター付きレシュティパン 直径19cm

The non-stick surface works perfectly for crispy rösti without any oil pooling, and the pan heats evenly across the base. I've used it every weekend since it arrived.

The wooden coaster is a thoughtful touch, so I can rest the hot pan right on the table without hunting for a trivet. At 19 cm it’s the perfect size for a single-person rösti, and the handle stayed cool throughout cooking.

The rösti slid right out without sticking, and the pan’s even heat gave me the crispiest crust I’ve managed at home. The 19 cm size is perfect for two. The coaster keeps my counter safe from the hot base, which I didn’t expect to use as much as I do.
