BLACK STAR フライパン 鉄 Ø 28 cm

The handle stays cool even during long searing sessions, and the iron surface heats so evenly that my steaks come out with a perfect crust every time. It's heavy, but that solid weight is exactly what you want from a pan like this.

The 28 cm diameter is perfect for searing a whole chicken without overcrowding. Cleanup was much easier than I expected since nothing stuck to the iron surface.

The handle stays perfectly cool on the stovetop, and the heavy iron base gives me great control when searing meat. I’ve been using it daily for a week and the seasoning is already building up nicely.
