ALLROUND コーティング加工・ガラス蓋付きベーキングディッシュ 3.0 L · Ø 24 cm

The lid seals tightly enough that I can see the broth simmering without any steam escaping, which is rare for a pot this size. Cooked a big batch of chickpea stew for the week and nothing stuck to the bottom, even without much oil. Cleanup took less than a minute.

The non-stick coating is genuinely flawless so far, and the 3-liter capacity handles a full family stew without spilling. Cleanup takes about thirty seconds, which is exactly what I needed on weeknights.

The glass lid fits snugly and lets me watch the stew reduce without lifting it, and the 3-liter capacity handles a full family meal easily. Cleanup is a breeze too, the coating really does its job.
