Owen U. ★★★★★

The 20 cm size is perfect for solo dinners, and the uncoated surface sears meat exactly how I like it. Cleanup takes a bit of scrubbing, but the even heat distribution makes it worth every minute.

Matthew X. ★★★★★

I’ve been using this pan daily for a week now, and the 20 cm size is perfect for single meals or sides. The uncoated surface sears meat beautifully without any nonstick worries. Cleanup is a quick scrub with soap and water, and it’s already developing a nice patina.

Claire ★★★★☆

Took it straight from the box to the stove and the uncoated surface gave me a perfect sear on my chicken thigh—no sticking at all. Only small gripe is the handle gets a bit warm if you're cooking for over ten minutes.
