Finally, a cheese knife set where the blades are actually sharp enough to cut through aged Gruyère without crumbling it. The serrated one glides through hard cheeses like butter, and the soft cheese knife has a nice thin profile.

The three knives look great and feel sturdy in the hand, but the edge doesn't hold up as well as I hoped after a few weeks of daily cheese slicing. They're fine for soft cheeses, but harder blocks need some extra pressure and you'll be sharpening them sooner than you'd like.
