I was pleasantly surprised by how well the set handles harder cheeses like aged cheddar, and the ergonomic handles make them easy to grip even when my hands are wet. The serrated edge on the larger knife cuts cleanly without crumbling. A solid upgrade from my old block of knives.

The handles have a nice grip, and the blades are sharp enough to slice through a firm aged cheddar without crumbling it. I do wish the set came with a small wooden board to match, but for the price, these three knives handle the job well.
