The 28 cm size is perfect for searing a family-sized batch of chicken thighs without overcrowding. Heats up evenly and the handle stays cool enough to grip comfortably. Exactly what I needed for moving away from non-stick.

The pan heats up incredibly evenly across the whole surface, which was a pleasant surprise for an uncoated model. Only took a few uses to build up a decent seasoning. Would've liked a helper handle for the weight, but it's not a dealbreaker.
