John M. ★★★★★

The handle stays surprisingly cool even after searing onions for several minutes on high heat. I’ve been using it daily on my gas stove and the weight feels solid but not too heavy.

Andrew C. ★★★★★

The uncoated surface heats evenly and sears meat perfectly without any hot spots. I've been using it daily for a month and the stainless steel still looks like new.

Natalie ★★★★★

Took it straight from the box to the stove and the 24 cm size is perfect for two portions, plus the uncoated surface gives a proper sear without any fuss. Cleanup's a quick wipe, which I honestly didn't expect from a pan without a coating.
