Baking bread in this feels like a proper Swiss operation — the glass lid lets me watch the crust brown without opening it. The handles stay cool enough to grab with a bare hand, which I wasn't expecting from such a large pan.

The handles stay cool even after a solid hour in the oven, which makes pulling out a heavy roast a lot less nerve-wracking. The lid seals tight enough that my stew barely lost any liquid this time. Just wish the sides were a bit taller, but it's done everything I've asked.

The glass lid is thick and heavy in the hand, which makes it feel really sturdy when I’m checking on a roast without letting steam escape. This large pan has become my go-to for batch-cooking stews, and the size handles a whole chicken plus veggies easily.
