I’ve been using this pan almost daily for a few weeks now, and the heat distribution is noticeably even across the whole surface. The high sides are great for reducing splatter when I’m sautéing vegetables—definitely less mess than my old pan. Feels solid and well-made, with no warping so far.

The high walls are perfect for stir-frying without oil splattering everywhere. Handle stays cool on the stove, which is a nice safety touch. Only wish it came with a lid.

I find the thicker base really does hold heat evenly across the pan. My only small complaint is that the handle could use a bit more grip when my hands are oily.
