I was a bit skeptical about spending extra on a Swiss-made set, but the ceramic coating on these pans is noticeably more durable than non-stick I've used before. The heat distribution is incredibly even, even on my old electric stove.

The valve mechanism feels much sturdier than the original part it replaced, and it sealed perfectly on the first try. Only giving four stars because the installation instructions were a bit sparse and I had to look up a video.
