The paring knife fits my hand perfectly and makes quick work of trimming strawberries. Both blades came razor-sharp out of the box and held their edge through a week of meal prep.

Claire ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

Took these out of the box and the chef's knife felt perfectly balanced in my hand, not heavy at all. The paring knife is great for quick chopping tasks like mincing garlic. Really solid set for everyday use.

Joseph ★★★★★ Oct 19, 2026

The main blade glides through a tomato without crushing it, and the smaller one handles peeling and trimming perfectly. Arrived sharp right out of the box, so I didn't have to fiddle with a sharpener on day one. Swiss engineering really shows in the build quality.
