Coffret à fondue au fromage induction fonte rouge pré alpin 24cm

Bought this for a cozy night in and the red enamel finish looks even better in person. It sits perfectly on my induction hob, no wobble at all, and the 24cm size is just right for two people. Cleaned up easily too, which I wasn't expecting from cast iron.

The 24cm size is perfect for a dinner party of six, and the cast iron holds the melted cheese at a steady bubble the whole evening. The red enamel finish wiped clean easily, even after the cheese got a bit too crusty towards the end.

The cast iron heats so evenly that the cheese stayed silky smooth from the first dip to the last, no scorching at the bottom. I love that the red alpine meadow finish makes it pretty enough to bring straight to the table. Cleanup was a breeze too, which I did not expect from a fondue pot.
