Elizabeth T. ★★★★★

The ceramic heats so evenly that the cheese never scorches on the bottom, even when I forget to stir for a few minutes. Cleanup is a breeze too, just a quick soak and the surface wipes right off.

Claire ★★★★★

The 17 cm size is perfect for two people, and the cast iron heats so evenly that the cheese never scorches at the bottom. Cleanup was quicker than I expected, too—just a quick soak and it wipes right out.

Evelyn ★★★★★

I’ve had this caquelon for two fondue nights now and the cast iron really holds the heat evenly. The 17 cm size is perfect for two people and the design looks lovely on the table.
