Jason ★★★★★ Oct 21, 2026

I was pleasantly surprised by how heavy and solid this pan feels when you lift it — the 28 cm size is perfect for searing a large batch of vegetables without overcrowding. The non-stick surface actually kept the cleanup to a quick wipe.

Abigail ★★★★★ Oct 20, 2026

The heat distribution is incredibly even across this 28 cm surface; I haven't had a hotspot yet. Cleanup is a breeze even after searing steaks on high heat.

I was skeptical about the weight, but it heats so evenly that my omelettes come out perfect every time now. The handle stays cool even when I'm searing at high heat, which honestly sold me on it.
