Emily ★★★★★

Took it straight from the box to the stove and the first omelet slid right out. The pan’s surface has a nice heft to it, feels solid and well-balanced.

Scarlett ★★★★★

The handle stays cool even when the pan’s been on the stove for a while, which I wasn’t expecting from cast iron. It’s heavy in a good way and cleans up with just a quick wipe. I’ve used it every day since it arrived.

Alexander L. ★★★★★

The pan heats up incredibly evenly, and I love the solid feel of the iron. Cleanup has been surprisingly easy for a cast-iron style pan. This is exactly what I needed for my daily cooking.
