Isabella ★★★★★

The lid fits perfectly and the heat distribution is even, so my hollandaise never curdles. It feels solid in the hand without being too heavy on the wrist.

Matthew ★★★★★

The little 14 cm size is perfect for melting butter or reheating a single portion of soup, and the lid fits snugly enough that nothing splatters. Feels solidly built, like it’ll outlast my other pans for years.

Steven ★★★★★

Bought this for making small batches of sauce and it’s the perfect size—the lid fits snugly so nothing splatters. The handle stays cool enough to grab without a mitt, which I’ve already used half a dozen times.
