LOCARNO Bratpfanne antihaftbeschichtet Ø 24 cm

The heat distribution is so even across the 24 cm surface that my vegetables brown perfectly without any hot spots. Cleanup is a breeze even after caramelizing sugar for crêpes – just a quick wipe with a paper towel.

Three weeks of omelettes, crêpes, and seared fish and nothing's stuck once—the non-stick surface really does live up to the Swiss reputation. Even cleanup is just a quick wipe with a paper towel, which is more than I can say for any other pan I've owned.

I've been using this pan daily for two weeks and the non-stick surface is still flawless, even after making omelets and searing chicken without oil. The 24 cm size is perfect for solo meals, and it heats evenly without any hot spots.
