The ceramic pot heats evenly and the included forks have a nice weight to them—made our first raclette night feel like a real Swiss experience. Cleanup was surprisingly easy too.

The temperature control on this set is spot on — the cheese stayed perfectly creamy without scorching, even after an hour of dipping. The pot's weight feels reassuringly solid, and cleanup was quicker than I expected for a fondue night.

Was a bit nervous ordering fondue gear online, but this arrived quickly and the packaging was solid. The pot itself feels properly heavy and well-made, exactly what you'd expect from Swiss craftsmanship. We've used it twice already and the cheese melts evenly with no scorching on the bottom.
