ICED Paring knife

The ice-tempered blade makes trimming strawberry tops effortless without crushing the fruit. It arrived sharp and has held its edge through several days of prep work.

This little knife handles peeling and trimming so well, the blade keeps its edge through a whole bag of apples without needing a sharpening break. It’s become my go-to for slicing small fruit, and the grip feels secure even when my hands are a bit wet.

It's a good, solid blade for peeling apples and shallots, and the handle fits my hand comfortably. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is that it arrived slightly less sharp than I'd hoped right from the box. Still, once I got it honed, it performs exactly as needed for small slicing jobs.
