COLORI®+ Paring knife red

This little knife holds an edge much longer than my old paring knife, and the ergonomic handle actually fits my hand perfectly for precise work. It's surprisingly sturdy for its size, making quick work of trimming asparagus and slicing small fruit.

I’ve been using this paring knife for a few weeks now, and the red handle actually makes it easy to spot in my crowded drawer. The blade is incredibly sharp—it glides through apple skins without any effort. It feels well-balanced for such a small knife.

The red handle is easy to spot in my cluttered drawer, which is more useful than I expected. It slices through tomatoes cleanly without crushing them, though it did arrive a bit less sharp than I hoped for the price.
