Caquelon Induktion Aluminium Alpine Ø 20 cm

The 20 cm size is perfect for a cozy dinner for two, and it sits rock-steady on my induction hob. Cleanup took less than a minute thanks to the smooth aluminium surface, and the cheese stayed perfectly molten throughout the whole evening.

The aluminium base heats up so evenly that the cheese melted perfectly without any scorching on the first try. I love how the 20 cm size is just right for two people, and the induction compatibility is a huge plus for my cooktop.

The aluminum feels lighter than I expected, which is fine for handling, but I'm not sure how it will hold up over time. Heats evenly on my induction hob, though I wish the coating was a bit thicker for extra durability. Does the job for a simple fondue night, nothing more.
