The rounded bowl holds a full serving of stew without dripping down the handle, which I didn't expect from a wooden ladle. It's light enough to use one-handed over a hot pot, and the finish still looks new after a month of regular soups.

The ladle feels solid in hand and the wood is smooth enough that it doesn't scratch my enameled pot. It's become my go-to for serving soups and stews all winter.

Ladle feels sturdy and the wood hasn't splintered after a few weeks of daily soups. Just wish the handle were a touch longer for deeper stockpots, but it scoops cleanly and rinses easy.
