Transmission plate aluminium 15cm

The aluminium feels surprisingly sturdy for its size, and the 15cm plate held my cheese perfectly without warping. Cleanup was easy too since nothing stuck to the surface.

Dinner was ready in minutes once I set this on the burner, and the 15cm size is perfect for a single serving of melted cheese. It's got a nice weight to it, feels solid and not flimsy at all. Cleanup was quick too, just a quick wipe after it cooled.

The aluminium heats up fast and evenly, which made raclette prep so much quicker than with my old ceramic tray. It’s light but feels sturdy enough for regular use—just wish the non-stick was a bit better on this size.
