TITANIO STAR Bratpfanne Ø 24 cm

The heat distribution is remarkably even—no hot spots even on my induction hob, and the handle stays cool enough to grip without a mitt. Cleanup takes seconds with just a quick wipe, and it’s become my go-to for searing steaks.

The delivery was quick, and the pan itself is beautifully balanced for its 24 cm size. Heat distribution feels even across the surface, which made my first stir-fry come out perfectly.

The 24cm size is just right for two portions, and the handle stays noticeably cooler than my old pans. I did have to re-season it once after a particularly acidic sauce, but the non-stick performance is solid now.
