The blades stay razor-sharp even after weeks of daily veg prep, thanks to that self-sharpening feature I was skeptical about. Being able to unscrew them for a proper wash is a game changer, no more gunk hiding in the hinge.

Took these apart for the first time yesterday to rinse after cutting raw chicken, and the snap-apart design made cleanup way less annoying than my old pair. The stainless steel feels solid in hand, and so far the self-sharpening edge hasn't dulled on anything I've thrown at it.

The blades hold their edge beautifully thanks to the self-sharpening mechanism, and I love that they break apart for easy cleaning after prepping a whole chicken. They've handled everything from herbs to poultry without a single slip, a real workhorse in my kitchen.
