I was surprised how effortlessly this julienne peeler cuts through carrots and zucchini, even the tough ones. The cross blade creates perfect thin strips for salads or garnishes without me having to struggle or apply much pressure.

The julienne cross cuts carrots into perfect, even strips in seconds, which makes prepping salads way faster. I’ve used it several times already and the blade still feels incredibly sharp.

The blades are sharp enough for most vegetables, but the handle feels a bit flimsy when you apply pressure. It does a decent job with zucchini, though the julienne strips come out uneven sometimes.
